Pre & Post Diagnosis Support
Whether you're at the beginning of the process or coming to terms with a diagnosis, you don't have to make sense of it alone.

WHY SEEK SUPPORT?
A diagnosis – or the search for one – can stir up a great deal. It can bring relief and raise questions simultaneously. Questions about who you are, how you've got here, how the people around you will respond, and what comes next. That's a lot to hold.
WHAT TO EXPECT
-
Space to talk through what the process means for you personally
-
Help understanding specific diagnoses – autism, ADHD, AuDHD and more
-
Practical support for families – parents, partners, siblings
-
Signposting to local and national services, from someone who knows them
-
An honest conversation about what I can – and can't – offer

ABOUT ME
I've spent 25 years working with neurodivergent young people and their families – in
schools, as a headteacher, and most recently as a psychotherapist with Cheshire Autism Practical Support and The Autism Wellbeing Project. I'm also a co-parent to a young adult with an AuDHD diagnosis. This is not just professional for me.
MY APPROACH
Thinking about diagnosis, going through the process, or trying to make sense of one you've received? I can walk alongside you – helping you understand what it means for your life, your relationships, and your sense of self.
