Neuroaffirming Coaching & Work Support

Structured, goal-focused support – for people who know something needs to change and want a clear way to get there.

Coaching vs Therapy – What's the Difference?

Coaching is goal-orientated: we agree what we're working towards, map a route, and I hold you to it. It's less about thinking about the past and more about building the future. That said, I bring the same neuroaffirming principles – the same respect for how you think – to both.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A minimum of six contracted sessions – typically 1 to 3 hours each

  • Clear goals set from the start, with real accountability

  • A neuroaffirming framework: adapted to how you think and learn

  • Practical tasks and reflection between sessions

  • Delivered face-to-face, online or outside – wherever works best

ABOUT ME

I've spent 25 years working with neurodivergent young people and their families – in schools, as a headteacher, and as a trainee counsellor with Cheshire Autism Practical Support. I'm a co-parent to a young adult with an AuDHD diagnosis. This is not just professional for me.

MY APPROACH

I work with both individuals and families. I bring a strengths-based perspective – looking at what neurodivergence makes possible, not just what it makes harder. I can help you prepare for meetings, understand reports, and navigate systems that weren't designed with you in mind.
